Be it a showroom walkthrough video, a contact form “thank you” video, “our process,” or other custom needs for social media. I’m always open to starting with “what need do we have in the marketing or sales process” and creating a tactful video to fill those gaps and improve your client experience.
Project Showcase Videos
Whether it’s a client testimonial, a project walkthrough, or a combination. My desire is to create one single 2-3 minute video of your project that tells the story of the project and showcases your detail and craftsmanship.

Too many videographers have strong technical expertise, but no knowledge of how to use their media, or any consideration for what actually is impactful to your business.
I’ve worked almost exclusively with residential contractors for the past 5 years (there were a couple exceptions) and I’ve interviewed hundreds of their ideal clients. From that experience, I’m able to understand what your clients are looking for and what you need in a video to make it an effective sales asset.

I am based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, but I know that there are many areas where it can be tough to find a local videographer you trust so I have traveled to clients all across the country. In these instances, many people have found it helpful to schedule multiple testimonial shoots for the same couple of days to make it both cost and time efficient. Travel fees are dependent on location, so reach out if you have any pricing questions for your location specifically.

I typically tell people I’ll need access to the space (cleaned and staged) for 3 hours but I’ll only need your client available for the first hour. That allows enough time to have a 15 minute testimonial, photos with the client, videography, and photography of one or two rooms.
For a whole home I’d say to expect closer to 4-5 hours.

Staging (sometimes also called “set-dressing”) is massively important for getting the best results in your project. Typically I let the interior design team stage the space before I start, but if you don’t have that, let me know and I can stage it for an additional fee depending on the number of rooms needed.

Very very few people are at first. None of the videos I create are designed to be perfectly scripted and worded. I will always work with you and that’s why we have the power of editing.
If we’re doing a project walkthrough and you absolutely don’t want to be in it, I always recommend someone that is very familiar with the project, usually the designer or project manager.

Yes, for some clients, they have a local videographer/photographer who shoots well, but isn’t as strong when it comes to editing the story together in a way that resonates with homeowners. In those cases I can provide shooting checklists, testimonial questions, and then coordinate footage handoff and editing.
